sports videographer western sydney

Event coverage, athlete profiles and sports documentary for clubs, sponsors and individuals across western Sydney and beyond.

Sport is one of the hardest things to film well. The action is fast, the light is always variable, and the story is happening in real time whether the camera is ready or not. Getting it right requires more than good equipment — it requires someone who understands the game.

We're a Blue Mountains-based production company with a track record in sports coverage at both the grassroots and professional level. Our work spans documentary, event coverage and commercial production, and sport runs through all of it.

our sports credentials

Our three-part documentary series American Candy, streaming on SBS On Demand, follows young athletes from regional NSW on their first USA basketball exposure tour — where they quickly find out that basketball (and candy) in America is very different to what they're accustomed to.

On the commercial side, we've produced event films for two consecutive WSL surfing events for Camplify — the Camplify Great Lakes Pro (QS 3,000, Boomerang Beach, 2023) and the Camplify Port Stephens Pro (QS 1,000, 2024). Both were part of the Vissla NSW Pro Surf Series.

We've also shot skateboarding and indoor soccer, and we bring the same documentary-led approach to all of it — interested in the athlete and the culture, not just the highlights reel.

what we produce

why western sydney

Western Sydney is one of the most sport-obsessed regions in Australia. The NRL, football, basketball, netball, athletics — the depth of participation and the passion of the community here is extraordinary. With Western Sydney International Airport opening in late 2026 and the region's continued growth, the appetite for quality sports content is only going to increase.

We're based in the Blue Mountains, 30 minutes from Penrith, with no travel charges for most of the greater western Sydney region.

frequently asked questions

What sports have you covered?
We've shot basketball, surfing, skateboarding and indoor soccer. Our feature credit is American Candy, a three-part documentary series following young athletes from regional NSW on a USA basketball exposure tour, streaming on SBS On Demand. We've also produced event films for two consecutive WSL surfing events — the Camplify Great Lakes Pro (QS 3,000, 2023) and the Camplify Port Stephens Pro (QS 1,000, 2024).
Do you work with grassroots clubs or only professional events?
Both. Some of our most compelling work comes from grassroots and community sport — where the stories are real, the stakes are personal, and broadcast cameras never point. We work with clubs, associations, pathways programs and individuals at all levels.
Can you shoot a one-day event?
Yes. We can mobilise quickly for single-day events and deliver polished event films, highlights packages or social content. Get in touch early so we can plan around your schedule.
Do you charge travel for western Sydney?
No. We're based in the Blue Mountains, about 30 minutes from Penrith. Western Sydney is effectively our backyard and we don't charge travel for most of the region.
Can you produce content for sponsors activating around sport?
Yes. We've produced commercial content for brands including Camplify activating around WSL surfing events. We understand how to create content that serves both the sport and the sponsor — authentic enough to resonate with a sporting audience, polished enough to work as a brand asset.
